i think its more likely that its because The Hulk is a cartoon aimed at children. And when your target audience is children, you cant show green todgers.

ive never thought why hulks clothes shred except the posterior. i havent seen the movie only the serial, im pretty sure he was always stark billiard naked when he changed back though? ps do you cal your penis "octagon" coz its a weird shape?
