i really like it too. its a pity that hype can spoil things, i would love to have bought this game not expecting much.

i really like the online game but i agree that theres not alot of options there. the game has a very simple, arcadey feel to it e.g. not alot of buttons, icons on screen etc.

I think i'm going to drop this from my wanted list for christmas, as it sounds good, but from what i've heard so far from various sources it's not what it could be. There's plenty of other games i want, though anyway.

Not really sure what people were expecting, but for me it's the best game on Xbox 360 this year by a mile. There should be more online modes and maybe more weapons. It doesn't reach the dizzy heights of Halo 2 for online options, but the gameplay is great as are the maps. There's promise of plenty more maps on the way and it's a game that I'll be playing until Halo 3 arrives.

This game is some of the best fun you can have on LIVE, Spent Friday and Sunday night in stitches with my mates playing this, There is nothing more satisfying than stomping on an opponents head or sticking a grenade to him then watch him run off and blow up into tiny bits a few seconds later!!! The control system is fantastic, the graphics are gorgeous and the gameplay is perfectly paced online.

I so agreee with you Sandy and the sniper rifle is so damn good, I feel i found a game the really justifies the pricetag. I dont know what people were expecting from the hype but this game really delivers. s fast and tactical fire fights are really feirce. and the comedy eliment of catching someone with your chainsaw well it just "cuts me up"

Well Gow has finaly kicked halo 2 of most played online and that includes the amount played on xbox 1 too.

Anyone seen the Gow advert (the one with the song "Mad World?")? I thought it was quite good for a games advert.

GoW is truly brilliant i'm loving the single player, but this games totally rules online when your in a room with your mates the evening flies by!!! Tactics, close quarter fire fights and the beauty of head stomping and chainsawing someone in half!!!!! It don't get better than that!!!
