Live Arcade Multiplayer

Just wondering, seeing as how Beardo is asking around for a games night, how many people on here play arcade games online ?

I can't remember the last time I had a good game online in an arcade game ... to tell the truth, I can't remember the last time I played an arcade game online full stop.

Anyhoo, was just wondering if that was something people were up for.

God knows I'd love a decent game of Texas Hold Em without fudd's going all in every round. Even Uno can be a cracking game online with friends. Maybe a Bankshot Billliards tourney ?

And let's not mention Bomberman, I haven't bought that but can, and with 8 folk playing, that's be crazy.

What do you guys think ?

A game of texas hold'em sounds good to me dredd, once I get my 'box back online i'll look you up. Would be good if we could get a few more too, a 2 player game can get dull quickly!

Oh wow, i cant believe you never bought the greatest online arcade title in ages -----Bomberman-------. A few but not many still play online theyre usually people without mics or are dutch but its the best online "party" game i can recommend. Plus it holds 8 players. Not at all fussed on poker,never got into it.

And it's true Trev, you do need the numbers, so I hope a lot of people get interested in this.

If this takes off I think it might be a nice thing to do run alongside beardo's suggestion of a weekly games night.

Perhaps 2 nights a week, one full retail games, and one Arcade night.

And I probably would buy bomberman, as long as i got friendly games, don't fancy games where people don't speak much or are dutch

Wouldn't mind a night of Poker if we can get some numbers in off here. Haven't got the game but will happly download it to join in. (how many points does it cost now, seeing it muct be quite old?)
I do have Bomberman (possible the greatest Arkade game ever!)
