RE: Forza 4
The graphics are quite a big step IMO, played Ladera earlier on and the differences I noticed whilst sitting on the startline were clear to see.

RE: Forza 4
I said that it was prettier, but prettier ain't enough.
Checked out a video on Eurogamer where they let some mong who can't race compare it with similar cars and tracks on GT5, and the tracks are all there - La Sarthe, Laguna Seca, Suzuka, Tsukuba, Nurburgring GP track I'm a little taken aback that you "true racers" on here who have it haven't enthused loudly from the treetops on this thread saying how great it is. Could it just be that it's just a little bit too much of exactly what you were playing last week on the previous game ?

I've been trying not to bite, however once again Dredd, your presuming alot based around a very limited demo and your usual sources, IGN, and Eurogamer, heres a new one for you, how about getting some of these games and then making your own judgement? Personally I've given up posting in 'first imprsssions' or 'recent purchase' cause I'm not going to continually spend time justifying why I've spent money buying a game when the person dissing that game usually hasn't gone anywhere near a playable version. However if I really think I've brought a donkey of a game then, yes I will say so.

RE: Forza 4
As Voodoo has said earlier this isn't the step up that Forza 3 was to Forza 2 but is more more of an evolution, And considering that Forza 3 is arguably the best racing game ever made then again as Trev has said that is also fine by me.
I have to say Dreed that I agree with what Voodoo has said how can you judge a game from a demo that isn't fully representative of the final product and a couple of video's on IGN and eurogamer? In way's this is similiar to Forza 3 but it always was going to be, But at the same time it is also fantastic and for me is a purchase I am glad I made.

RE: Forza 4
If you have something that is already the best at what it does, you still have to keep evolving and refining it. You used to like racing so you may remember the 2009 F1 season, Brawn had by far the best car at the start of the season, but a lack of development meant that by halfway through the season it wasn't the outright best anymore. Forza has evolved to keep itself ahead of the competition. There is only so much that can be done with racing games in this console generation now.
