The Greatest Advert I Have Ever Seen.
I've been kicking around this planet for 32 years and watched my fair share of telly, and as a result, the adverts in between.
I've been there through all the bastarding little golden retrievers nicking shit roll as a kid pinches one off, I've seen the fad of tango slapping your mates come and go. I was bored senselsss with the Nescafe couple, wondered why the Milk Tray man never stuck around to get a kiss and was happy for JR Hartley and the kids who were looking for the RH1 Signal Box and a new bike saddle (that old one was like a razor blade) I've been amazed by the Honda adverts, made my choices wisely on the Army recruiting adverts (how ARE we getting that guy across there) and wanted to punch every single Milky Bar Kid in the pus. Nowadays adverts are things I rarely see. My TiVo box, and my V+ box before it allowed me to record any show at any time and to build up a back catalogue of current TV to watch at my own time. I've even taken to intentionally not watching a show I love on the day and time it is broadcast in favour of watching it a day later, JUST so I can skip the adverts. The yesterday, while on the computer and the Tv on in the background, I heard an advert that piqued my interest with it's song choice, popped on over and rewound it. I've never seen an advert that's filled me with so much awe. It's fantastic, the music choice is spot on, and I feel myself welling up ever single time I watch it. Gentlemen and Gentlemen, I present to you, and I hope you havent seen it before - Channel 4's Paralympics Advert

Yeah I've seen that, very cool.
The Andrex dogs are Labradors though, not golden retrievers. Mong. ![]()

That is exactly how i live my life. I wont necessarily wait a full 24 hours, If i see a program i want to watch ill hit the record button and watch it an hour later. When watching an hour long show, 15mins is dedicated to adverts Fu*k that i can spend that time watching something else worth watching other than Tampax adverts.... ![]()

RE: The Greatest Advert I Have Ever Seen.
My personal nomination for the 'best advert ever' actually goes to the Playstation 'Double Life' ad from a good few years back:
