I am also stuck on the bit where you have to kill Irenea, I get my man to hack the computer but he dosent stop hacking it, I try to kill all the men but the cpu gets shot up ,can some one help me please

There are probably a few walkthrough guides that do it in different ways but what worked for me was to:

Set myself and Walter behind the crates on either side of the computer terminal and took all the terrorists that appear in waves (didn't leave until they were all dead). If you're set up OK you only have to worry about half of the room each (Walter can handle it!). It can seem to take a while though.

Jung Park then finished hacking the computer and I went up the stairs to the left, took out the guards at the top. Then I sent a regroup order, the guys joined me at the top and then I just legged it to the door (and checkpoint/save point) on the other side of the room Irena's in - there's nothing else to do.

It worked for me anyway.
