It seems the 360 is currently in the lead in the GTA IV pre-order race, with American online retailer Amazon.com having taken more orders for the 360 version of the game than its PS3 counterpart.
According to this page on the online retailer’s site, the 360 version has accounted for 59 per cent of all GTA IV pre-orders, compared to a not-too-shabby 41 per cent for the PlayStation 3 edition.
Which means what, exactly? Well, admittedly, with the game not due to be released for a good few months and this only being one particular (albeit very big) retailer, not much, but we’re sure some people will be able to use it in a few forum mud slinging matches.
It’ll certainly be interesting to see what effect the PS3 price cut has on this.
