Deep Silver's competition winners got married as undead souless husks but there's a lot of (weird) love on show in this video of the mangled event

The original Dead Island plot was fairly interesting, if only because there really isn’t one; as soon as the game starts, you’re chucked straight into the deep end. You’ve had a heavy night on the drink, you wake up and there are hordes of bloodthirsty zombies as far as the eye can see. Even when you finish the game, you never really discover how the outbreak happened and never learn about the mysterious figures that act as your guardian angels. But that’s where’s the Ryder White DLC comes into play.

It’s sad enough that THQ imploded before it could release Metro: Last Light. But after watching the new trailer for the game (now being released by Deep Silver), you’ll REALLY feel bleak about the world…

Deep Silver has announced that there's fresh DLC coming on 1 February for its gruesome zombie RPG, Dead Island. Granted, that's hardly news considering that we already knew that a few weeks back, but now we have more details of its name, a price and, most importantly, the content of the DLC.

Runaway zombie hit Dead Island is on its way to the big screen, after Lionsgate announced it had optioned the movie rights from publisher Deep Silver.
